Stanley Rosenberg, Ph.D. (Yale University, 1968) is currently Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry and Community and Family Medicine and Director of the Dartmouth Trauma Interventions Research Center, Dartmouth Medical School. He has been the PI and co-PI on over 25 mental health related research grants, has authored multiple books, and over 150 book chapters and research articles. Dr. Rosenberg has taught undergraduates, medical students, doctoral and post-doctoral fellows, residents, and junior faculty to help them develop their clinical and research careers. His research has spanned many subject areas, but has typically relied on multiple method approaches to illuminate problem areas in adult development and aging, language and psychopathology, severe and persistent mental illness, the problems associated with blood borne infections in the severely mentally ill and (most currently) treatment of posttraumatic disorders in both children and adults. In addition to treatment innovations, he has also focused on issues of dissemination of best practices in public sector treatment settings.
